We also try to work round you, so if you are going to an appointment and would like us to meet you there so we can discuss room names or get the property on that day, ask us, chances are we can squeeze you in. We can also pick up keys from your office if easier for you or arrange to meet you client at the property at their convenience
Floor planning is a specialized area and we have a wealth of experience with over 5000 plans drawn in recent years ranging from one bedroom flats to stately homes.
We use specialized bespoke software to produce high quality, high resolution marketing floor plans. The plans can be produced in a variety of colours, can show room dimensions in meters and feet and show the position of bathroom and kitchen fittings. A compass can be added to show the direction the property faces and square footage calculations can also be made.
